Our Story
Hi! We’re Jason and Stacey. The past two decades together have been an amazing journey. We are parents to three adult daughters. Jason was a physician practicing obstetrics and gynecology. Stacey has been an accountant, a stay at home mom, and a registered dietitian. We are now retired. We’re ready to embark on a different kind of journey, one that teaches self reliance, living smaller, and living while we can. In other words, we are ridding ourselves of our worldly possessions to buy a boat and go sailing. We knew we needed a change and were inspired by the pioneers who are sharing their experiences via video. It clicked with us, so we left our jobs and started selling everything to prepare for life aboard. This is still a work in progress, but we are focused on the adventure to come.
